Cost and price maintenance and listings
Batch Pricing Entry |
Last Revised: 01/07/14 |
Batch Pricing Entry is used to choose an item range in which the pricing will be different than the usual price of that same range. This application is helpful for promotional prices or for changing all the prices for one vendor in particular. The operator does not need to enter each item or effective date individually as is typically done in Item Maintenance.
Choose the item sequence, the item range, the date the new pricing will start, and the date the new pricing will end:
Once you have completed those fields, a new set of fields displays below them. These show the old pricing start and end date (if applicable), the item number and description, etc. The operator can enter in a new formula code, cost, costing unit, list price, and pricing unit. This will affect the displayed sell price and gross margin percent.
